Shipping & Returns


 Orders & Communication
  • Once a purchase is made on the website, we will immediately send you an order confirmation email on the email address provided by you.
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days via reputed logistics service providers through our partnership with Vamaship.
  • You will receive a second email with the shipment information when the order is dispatched. This email will contain a tracking code and all shipment information to help you track your order.
  • You are urged to verify the delivery address and contact number provided at the time of purchase. Please also ensure someone is at the provided address to receive the order at the time of delivery.  
Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. To do so, please write to at us orders@wildflowerfolks.com within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours, all orders will be treated as confirmed.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
  • We offer free shipping in India on all prepaid orders, that is when you pay online at the time of purchase via debit card, credit card, Paypal or net banking. Cash on Delivery (CoD) is available for most locations across India.
  • Cash on delivery comes with a flat charge of Rs 150/- per order, payable at the time of delivery over and above the total price of the product(s).
  • The shipment will be delivered within 7-10 days from the date of dispatch. In case of any unanticipated delay in production or shipping, you will be notified immediately. If you desire express shipping, please write to us at orders@wildlowerfolks.com to enquire about the respective express delivery prices and confirmation.
International Shipping (Outside India)
  • We ship worldwide & offer a flat shipping rate of Rs 1500/- for all international orders.
  • International orders may take 3-4 weeks to deliver depending on location & customs.
  • Most countries charge duties on imported items. These duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of the product or shipping charges. The duties are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
  • Duties as mandated by your country will have to be paid by you at the time of delivery directly to the shipping agency. In case of inability to receive the shipment due to non-payment of duties, Wildflower Co will not be able to entertain any request for refunds.
Refunds
  • A lot of time, effort and love goes into creating each Wildflower product. We also follow very stringent quality check protocols. Therefore, as a policy, we do not offer any refunds.
  • However, in rare cases of receipt of a damaged piece or an error in order fulfilment, we assure a smooth exchange or providing a credit note valid for the following 3 months, if informed within 3 days of receiving the shipment.  
Returns & Exchange
  • All Wildflower products go through strict quality check protocols during each stage of production and especially before shipping.
  • The artisanal processes of production we follow include hand block printing, hand stitching and an emphasis on organic cotton and natural dyes. At times, these natural processes lead to slight variations in colour and texture. These variations add to the beauty of our products and cannot be passed as damage.
  • Damaged piece: Yet, in a rare case, if a damaged piece were to inadvertently reach you, we urge you to get in touch with us at orders@wildflowerfolks.com within 3 days of receiving the order. In such a case, we’ll send you a fresh piece in the same style and size or will issue a credit note of same value valid for the following 3 months, within 7 working days of receiving the damaged item back from you.
  • Different size: All purchases can be exchanged for a different size in the same style if a request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order at orders@wildflowerfolks.com. In such a case, we’ll send you a fresh piece in the same style and desired size within 7 working days of receiving the item back from you. In case the desired size is not available, we will issue a credit note of same value valid for the following 3 months. For any queries about size or fit, email us at orders@wildflowerfolks.com.
  • All requests for return or exchange must be communicated to us at orders@wildflowerfolks.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Returns must be sent back to us within the next 21 days from the time of such communication. Any products sent to us without prior communication will not be accepted.
  • The shipping cost for returns and exchange is to be borne by the customer. In case of returns, we urge you to use a reputed courier service that provides tracking access.
  • Wildflower Co retains the final right to not accept returns in case the product received back is used or damaged by the customer.
  • All customised orders are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • All purchases made during sale or by using a discount code are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
